Duties

• Familiarity with LSTA Credit Agreements and New York law-governed documents.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong academic credentials.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law or eligible for licensure.
