Prepare and manage business immigration filings, including PERM labor certification applications
Handle H-1B, L-1, and other nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions
Communicate with clients regarding case strategy, documentation, and compliance
Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex immigration matters
Conduct legal research and prepare supporting memoranda and briefs
Maintain case files and track key deadlines and requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in business immigration law
Experience with PERM, H-1B, and L-1 filings required
Ability to manage a high-volume case load
Demonstrated commitment to client service and strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school
