Duties

• Provide litigation defense for cyber insurers and major corporates.
• Engage in 24/7/365 breach response services.
• Collaborate with global teams on cross-jurisdictional matters.
• Develop litigation strategies and communicate with clients and opposing counsel.
• Draft reports, pleadings, discovery, and motions.
• Participate in mediations and trials.
• Manage cyber incident response and regulatory investigations.

Requirements

• Admitted and in good standing in the respective state of practice.
• 3-6 years of federal litigation experience or 2-6 years of cyber incident response work.
• Additional state admissions are a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of practice.
