Job Overview

Duties

• Assist with structuring, negotiating, and documenting structured finance/securitization transactions.

Requirements

• Experience with issuers, sponsors, borrowers, and/or lenders in structured finance transactions.
• Excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills.
• Strong academic credentials and detail-oriented approach.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to the New York Bar.

Skills

• Strong judgment and ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
• Experience with ABS, esoteric assets, and consumer receivable financings preferred.
