A law firm seeks a Sanctions and Trade Controls Associate to join their Pittsburgh, PA office. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in transactional matters and regulatory compliance, with a preference for candidates in New York, Richmond, and Washington D.C.

Duties

• Support transactional matters and regulatory compliance work.
• Conduct detailed regulatory analysis and diligence.
• Manage and coordinate documents across transactions.
• Respond in real-time to evolving regulatory risks.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with CFIUS, export controls, and sanctions.
• Licensed and in good standing in the state of residence and work.
• Government experience is beneficial but not required.

Education

• Superior academic credentials.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the relevant state.
