Associate Attorney (Insurance Coverage)

Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney with two to six years of experience to join its Insurance Coverage practice group in Roseland, NJ. The candidate should possess expertise in managing complex coverage risks, including liability, casualty, professional, executive, financial, environmental, property, and health care coverage.

Duties

• Handle various complex insurance coverage matters.
• Engage in litigation related to general liability and commercial litigation.
• Collaborate effectively within a team and work independently.
• Manage confidential information with discretion.

Requirements

• Experience in insurance coverage.
• Admission to practice in New Jersey and/or New York.
• Experience in general liability and/or commercial litigation is a plus.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.

Certifications

• Admission to the Bar in New Jersey and/or New York.
