Partner-Level Attorney

Job Overview:
A law firm located in Orlando, FL, is actively seeking a seasoned legal professional at the partner level with a strong background in healthcare law. This opportunity is being offered through a recruiting firm on behalf of a respected legal practice. The position offers the chance to work with a collaborative legal team on high-level matters in one of the firm's core specialties. A demonstrated commitment to client service, industry-specific insight, and business development is essential.

Duties:

  • Provide strategic legal guidance in the healthcare sector, including regulatory compliance and transactional matters

  • Manage complex caseloads and lead legal proceedings

  • Collaborate with other senior attorneys and internal departments on cross-functional legal issues

  • Represent healthcare clients in negotiations, hearings, and proceedings

  • Contribute to client development and practice growth initiatives

  • Maintain a high standard of legal ethics and client confidentiality

Requirements:

  • Substantial experience practicing healthcare law

  • Partner-level qualifications or equivalent leadership in a legal practice

  • Admission to The Florida Bar, or a willingness to obtain Florida licensure

  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and support firm growth

  • Spanish language proficiency is strongly preferred

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Admission to at least one U.S. State Bar (Florida preferred or eligible for reciprocity/admission)

Skills:

  • Deep knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) capabilities are highly valued

  • Proven client relationship management and business development skills
