Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Associate for its Finance - Banking (Lender Side) practice in Costa Mesa, CA. Duties

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant finance experience.
• Strong understanding of private credit and acquisition finance.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the State Bar of California.
