Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Commercial Real Estate Attorney with 6-10 years of transactional experience to join their growing Real Estate group in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate transactions and the ability to work independently.

Duties

  • Collaborate with developers, owners, managers, and investors on real estate transactions.
  • Negotiate and draft agreements for acquisitions, developments, and financings.
  • Manage leasing, management, and sale of real estate properties.
  • Engage in real estate joint venture transactions.

Requirements

  • Admitted to and in good standing with the D.C. Bar.
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent academic credentials.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Washington, D.C.

Skills

  • Experience with real estate joint venture transactions preferred.
  • Proficient in negotiating complex real estate deals.
