Job Overview
A law firm seeks a mid-level associate to join its Investment Strategies and Capital Solutions group in Saint Louis, MO. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, law firm or clerking experience, and excellent research, writing, and communication skills.

Duties

• Engage in transactional matters, including structuring joint ventures and pooled-investment vehicles.
• Represent private equity clients across multiple industry verticals.
• Collaborate with a team to support and grow the national practice.

Requirements

• 3+ years of general corporate/transactional experience.
• Ability to navigate complex subject matter quickly and effectively.
• Familiarity with the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice.
