Job Overview

This role involves leading and supporting complex transactions related to historic and renewable energy tax credits. Duties

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of tax credit transactions, including structuring, negotiation, and execution.

  • Demonstrated project management and problem-solving skills in high-pressure scenarios.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited, nationally recognized law school.

Certifications

  • Admission to the Bar in Illinois or eligibility for prompt admission.
