Job Overview

Duties

• Act as the lead attorney in drafting and negotiating commercial leases and related agreements.
• Supervise the work of less experienced leasing attorneys.
• Interact directly with clients, opposing counsel, property managers, brokers, and other relevant parties.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in drafting and negotiating commercial leases and related agreements.
• Experience with leases for multiple property types, including office, retail, industrial, and life science.
• Substantial experience representing landlords.
