Job Overview

A law firm seeks an attorney specializing in General Liability Regulatory Compliance and Governance in Ambler, PA. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in insurance coverage or litigation and must be barred in either PA or NJ. Duties

  • Manage cases from inception to post-trial.
  • Communicate with clients to keep them updated on case status.
  • Make court appearances and participate in mediation.
  • Prepare pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
  • Prepare, review, and respond to discovery.
  • Conduct research as required by each case.
  • Conduct direct and cross-examination of expert witnesses at trial and in depositions.
  • Meet billing requirements.

Requirements

  • Bar admission in PA or NJ.
  • 3-5 years of experience in insurance coverage or litigation.
  • Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload.
  • Strong positive attitude and teamwork skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Bar admission in PA or NJ.

Skills
