Job Overview

A law firm seeks an attorney specializing in General Liability Regulatory Compliance and Governance in Ambler, PA. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in insurance coverage or litigation and must be barred in either PA or NJ. They should possess excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills, with deposition, mediation, and courtroom experience highly preferred.

Duties

• Manage cases from inception to post-trial.
• Communicate with clients to keep them updated on case status.
• Make court appearances and participate in mediation.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
• Prepare, review, and respond to discovery.
• Conduct research as required by each case.
• Conduct direct and cross-examination of expert witnesses at trial and in depositions.
• Meet billing requirements.

Requirements

• Bar admission in PA or NJ.
• 3-5 years of experience in insurance coverage or litigation.
• Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload.
• Strong positive attitude and teamwork skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in PA or NJ.
