Duties

• Advise clients on financial services regulatory and compliance matters.
• Assist with licensing and chartering processes.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on financial regulations.
• Draft and review compliance-related documents.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in financial services regulatory and compliance.
• Knowledge of banking, money services, and payment systems.
• Familiarity with BSA/AML, sanctions, and consumer compliance laws.
• Enforcement experience is a plus.
• Admitted to or eligible for admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Fluency in Spanish preferred.

• Strong academic background in law.
