Job Overview

Duties

  • Manage fact and expert discovery, including taking depositions.
  • Draft and argue substantive motions.
  • Develop and execute causation defenses, working effectively with expert witnesses.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in mass tort and product liability litigation.
  • Experience defending asbestos claims preferred.
  • Experience with complex commercial disputes, multidistrict litigation, and/or class actions preferred.

Education

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
