Business and Finance Attorney

Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Business and Finance Attorney to join its Pittsburgh, PA office. The attorney will collaborate with shareholders to support commercial clients in areas such as mergers, acquisitions, real estate, estate and trusts, and corporate finance.

Duties

• Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions.
• Support commercial lending transactions.
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, including purchasing and supply agreements, leases, NDAs, and employment contracts.
• Assist with entity formation, governance, and tax considerations.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate and license to practice law in Pennsylvania.
• 3-7 years of experience as a licensed attorney.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong business acumen and client articulation skills.
• Solid writing and editing skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
