Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney with 1-4 years of experience in Workers' Compensation and Medicare Compliance to join their team in King of Prussia, PA. The successful candidate will work within the Medicare Compliance group, providing expert guidance and support.

Duties

• Consult with employers, adjusters, and attorneys on Medicare issues related to workers' compensation cases.
• Educate clients on handling Medicare set-asides.
• Provide guidance on best practices and strategies for case resolution, including structured settlements.
• Perform conditional payment searches and prepare Medicare submissions for set aside approval.
• Draft Medicare language for settlement documents.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in Workers' Compensation and Medicare Compliance.
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of Pennsylvania.
