Duties

  • Engage in complex civil litigation and class actions.
  • Collaborate with clients and manage discovery processes.
  • Prepare for depositions and hearings.
  • Draft motions and mediation statements.
  • Work with the eDiscovery, Analytics, and Litigation Support team.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of litigation experience.
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and oral communication skills.
  • Membership to the State Bar of the desired office.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

  • State Bar membership.

Skills

  • Complex civil litigation expertise.
