Job Overview

The role involves handling all phases of construction cases, from pre-litigation to full litigation and trial, as well as revising and negotiating construction contracts. Duties

• Manage construction litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Revise and negotiate construction contracts for clients.
• Conduct depositions, hearings, and trials as first-chair.
• Draft legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with clients to articulate complex legal concepts clearly.
• Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Active license to practice law in Colorado.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction litigation.
• First-chair experience in depositions, hearings, and trials preferred.
• Proficient in legal drafting with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
