Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Real Estate Associate Attorney in San Francisco, CA. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team advising on sophisticated real estate capital markets and private equity transactions, including asset acquisitions, joint ventures, financings, and commercial leasing matters.

Duties

• Advise on real estate capital markets and private equity transactions.
• Handle asset acquisitions and dispositions.
• Engage in joint ventures and financings.
• Participate in development projects and distressed debt investments.
• Manage commercial leasing matters.
• Collaborate with public finance, energy, infrastructure, and restructuring teams.

Requirements

• Two to three years of relevant law firm experience.
• Highly motivated with superior client service skills.
• Member of the Bar in a U.S. State.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• Bar membership in a U.S. State.
