Duties

• Independently manage a caseload involving medical malpractice claims.
• Collaborate with attorneys, team members, and partners on legal projects.
• Handle court appearances and depositions regularly.
• Communicate with clients and provide status reports.
• Manage a significant caseload of COVID-related lawsuits.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in NY.
• 2+ years of defense litigation experience.
• Experience in medical malpractice preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Legal project management experience is helpful.
