Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced Litigation Attorney to join their team in Providence, RI. This role offers the opportunity to manage Personal Injury cases and contribute to the firm's growth in a new office location. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Personal Injury Law and a commitment to client advocacy.

Duties

• Manage Personal Injury cases from intake through resolution, including trial.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients.
• Work within established litigation systems and case standards.
• Exercise sound judgment and ownership over assigned matters.
• Collaborate with internal teams and firm leadership.
• Build and maintain relationships with opposing counsel and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD)
• Active Rhode Island license and in good standing
• At least two years of Personal Injury litigation experience preferred
• Strong advocacy, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to independently manage a full inventory of cases
• Results-driven mindset
