Duties

• Draft and file high-quality patent applications.
• Oversee and manage patent preparation and prosecution.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of submissions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in patent preparation and prosecution.
• Admission to the USPTO.
• JD and active bar admission in the intended jurisdiction.

Education

• Undergraduate or advanced degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, physics, or mathematics.

Certifications

• Admission to the USPTO.

Skills

• Superb writing and communication skills.
• Experience with graphics processing units, tensor processing units, accelerators, neural engines, and robotics circuitry and actuators.
