Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced litigation counsel to join its team in San Diego, CA. This position offers a unique opportunity for candidates with a strong background in complex civil and commercial litigation to contribute to a dynamic and growing practice.

Duties

• Join a team of trial lawyers and litigators specializing in complex litigation, products liability defense, and class action litigation.
• Draft and prepare pleadings and discovery documents.
• Prepare for, take, and defend depositions.
• Manage document production and argue discovery and other motions.
• Engage in effective case management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of meaningful litigation experience in complex litigation, class action, and products liability.
• Outstanding written and oral advocacy skills.
• Admitted and in good standing with the California Bar.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and excellent academic credentials.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the California Bar.
