A law firm seeks an Estate Planning and Probate Attorney licensed in Texas to join their team in San Antonio, TX. Duties

  • Represent clients in probate matters, including administration and litigation.

  • Communicate effectively with clients and court staff.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategies.
  • Manage case files and documentation.
  • Attend court hearings and client meetings as needed.
  • Oversee paralegals and legal assistants.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in Texas.
  • 2-5 years of experience in probate or estate planning.
  • Strong knowledge of Texas Estates Code.
  • Exceptional drafting and legal research skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases effectively.
  • Proactive and self-motivated attitude.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active license to practice law in Texas.

Skills

  • Experience in fiduciary litigation is a plus.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with legal case management software.
  • Knowledge of tax considerations in estate planning.
