Duties

• Engage in state regulatory proceedings, including rate cases and investigations.
• Participate in rulemakings and retail energy approvals and compliance.
• Work with solar incentive programs and power purchase agreements.
• Draft and negotiate community solar and retail energy supply contracts.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience with state regulatory proceedings.
• Familiarity with renewable energy contracts is a plus.

• Excellent research and writing skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
