Duties

• Support the Energy and Infrastructure group in financing renewable energy assets.
• Assist in the monetization of tax credits for renewable projects.
• Collaborate with developers, sponsors, and investors on energy transition projects.

Requirements

• At least six months of large law firm experience in tax aspects of renewable energy transactions.
• Experience in tax equity financings and M&A preferred.
• Membership to the State Bar of the desired location is required.

Education

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in the state of Illinois.
