Senior Attorney needed for Denver office

Job Overview:

The law firm seeks a highly experienced and motivated Senior Attorney to join the Civil Litigation practice area in Denver, CO. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing legal expertise, managing cases, and contributing to the overall success of the firm.

Duties:

• Handle complex civil litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research and provide sound legal advice to clients.
• Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediation, and settlement negotiations.
• Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and legal staff.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active and in good standing membership with the State Bar of Colorado.
• Experience practicing law, focusing on civil litigation.
• Proven track record of successfully handling complex litigation cases.

Certifications:

• Certification in Civil Trial Advocacy (desired but not mandatory).
