Job Overview

A law firm seeks a biotech patent prosecution, opinion, and counseling associate or counsel with at least 5 years of experience for its San Diego office. Duties

• Conduct patent prosecution and provide legal opinions.

Requirements

Education

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the CA Bar.
• Registered U.S. Patent Attorney or ability to become admitted.
