Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Senior Associate with 5 to 7 years of litigation experience to join its Construction Litigation Practice Group in Tampa, FL. The candidate will work closely with experienced partners on complex construction disputes, gaining significant courtroom and client interaction experience.

Duties

• Represent clients in complex construction litigation matters.
• Independently handle hearings and depositions.

• Engage in client interaction and trial preparation.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of litigation experience, preferably in construction matters.
• Member of the Florida Bar.
• Strong courtroom presence and ability to work independently.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Florida Bar membership.
