Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Trial Attorney in Orlando, FL. The attorney will ensure clients receive exceptional care and achieve favorable outcomes. Responsibilities include client meetings, case preparation, and trial representation as needed.

Duties

  • Meet with clients to discuss cases and build trust.
  • Communicate with insurance companies regarding claims.
  • Prepare cases for trial and represent clients in court.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • 2+ years of litigation experience.
  • Experience as first chair in jury trials preferred; second chair required.
  • Member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

  • Florida Bar membership.
