A law firm seeks a Senior Family Law Attorney in Houston, TX. This role offers the opportunity to manage a family law docket with a primary focus on custody and child-related matters. The position is hybrid, allowing for both in-office and remote work flexibility.

Duties

• Manage and drive your own family law docket from inception to final orders.
• Focus on custody, SAPCRs, modifications, enforcement, and high-conflict custody cases.
• Engage in divorce and post-decree work.
• Collaborate with board-certified paralegals.
• Develop leadership skills as the firm expands.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of active practice in Texas family law.
• Trial experience, including cases taken through final orders.
• Strong interest in custody work and client care.
• Ability to maintain steadiness and control in high-conflict cases.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
