A law firm seeks an Experienced Attorney in Fiduciary Litigation to join their team in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic legal team, contributing to meaningful legal matters and fostering strong client relationships.

Duties

  • Manage assigned cases from inception to resolution, developing strategies for successful outcomes.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case strategies and provide informed advice.
  • Draft, review, and finalize legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients regarding case progress and next steps.
  • Represent clients effectively in negotiations to achieve favorable resolutions.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and colleagues across practice areas for comprehensive solutions.
  • Adhere to professional conduct standards, including compliance with state bar requirements.
  • Assist in financial management, including setting retainers and managing payment schedules.
  • Stay current with legal developments and complete required Continuing Legal Education (CLE).

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar or eligibility to waive in.
  • 7+ years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal setting preferred.
  • Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and detail-oriented individual.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
