A law firm seeks a Senior Corporate Associate Attorney in Massachusetts. This full-time role requires an experienced professional with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital transactions. The firm specializes in serving entrepreneurs and high-growth businesses.

Duties

  • Provide guidance and solutions on venture capital, private equity, and financing transactions.
  • Manage deals from inception to close, including client management.
  • Prepare and review acquisition and financing agreements.
  • Manage regulatory, risk, and compliance matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in corporate, private equity, and M&A work.
  • JD with high academic achievement.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proven ability to develop client relationships.
  • Member of MA bar.
  • Knowledge of federal and state securities laws.

  • Juris Doctor (JD)
