Duties

• Provide guidance and solutions on venture capital, private equity, and financing transactions.
• Manage deals from inception to close, including client management.

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in corporate, private equity, and M&A work.
• JD with high academic achievement.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proven ability to develop client relationships.
• Member of MA bar.
• Knowledge of federal and state securities laws.
