Duties

• Handle a caseload of catastrophic personal injury matters.
• Conduct all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion practice.

• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.

Requirements

• Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
• 3+ years of litigation experience, personal injury preferred; catastrophic injury experience a plus.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Trial experience or significant courtroom exposure preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
