Job Overview:
A law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney in Portland, Oregon, to handle civil litigation defense matters in a collaborative, technology-driven environment. Duties:

  • Manage case files from inception through resolution
  • Conduct motion practice, depositions, and court appearances
  • Participate in collaborative case strategy discussions

Requirements:

  • Ability to independently manage cases with appropriate supervision
  • Active license in Oregon and/or Washington; Idaho licensure is a plus

  • Comfort with or willingness to learn modern legal technology tools

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Active bar admission in Oregon or Washington, with Idaho admission preferred
