Job Overview

A law firm in Washington, DC seeks an experienced Intellectual Property Litigation Partner to join its growing IP practice group. This position offers flexibility in location, with options for hybrid or remote work from various U.S. cities.

Duties

  • Lead and manage trademark, patent, and ITC litigation cases.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with a team of IP attorneys and support staff.
  • Contribute to the strategic growth of the IP practice group.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in IP litigation.
  • Strong background in trademark, patent, and/or ITC matters.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Portable book of business is strongly preferred.

Education

  • JD from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active bar license in good standing.

Skills

  • Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
