Duties

• Draft motions and substantive briefs.
• Manage discovery processes.

• Develop case strategies and take ownership of matters.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in product liability and general litigation.
• Experience in California state and federal courts.
• Background in automotive, medical device, and/or consumer products industries.
• Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills.
• Thorough understanding of civil procedure rules.
• Admission to the California Bar in good standing.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the California Bar.

Skills

• Strong academic credentials.

• Appellate experience is a plus.
