Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Litigation Associate for its office in Torrance, CA. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement and the opportunity to join a dynamic litigation group handling complex cases nationwide.

Duties

• Provide counsel to manufacturers facing single-plaintiff or mass action litigation.
• Serve as national coordinating counsel in state and federal courts.
• Draft and argue discovery and other motions.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Manage document productions.
• Represent auto manufacturers in consumer fraud cases.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in complex litigation matters, including products liability.
• Experience in a mid-size or large law firm setting.
• Exceptional oral and written advocacy skills.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Admitted to and in good standing with the California Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• California Bar admission.
