Duties

• Collaborate with partners and clients on corporate governance and strategic transactions.
• Advise closely held businesses on entity formation and structuring.
• Draft and negotiate contracts, mergers, and acquisitions.
• Manage billable hour requirements and maintain accurate timekeeping records.

Requirements

• 5+ years of general corporate experience.
• Prior private firm experience preferred.
• Admitted to the New Hampshire or Massachusetts Bar, or eligible to waive in.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in New Hampshire or Massachusetts.
