Duties

  • Provide employment counseling and litigation support in federal and state courts and before government agencies.
  • Conduct witness interviews and investigations.
  • Draft position statements, employee handbooks, and policies.
  • Prepare employment and separation agreements.
  • Support employment-related litigation efforts.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of labor and employment defense experience.
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Experience counseling employers on labor and employment law issues.

Education

  • Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Member of The Florida Bar.
