Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney in Greer, South Carolina. The ideal candidate will be passionate about representing clients during challenging times and will work from the firm's Greer, SC office.

Duties

• Conduct new client consultations.
• Attend court, mediations, and depositions.
• Research and prepare cases for court.
• Perform case reviews.
• Communicate with clients in person, by phone, virtually, and in writing.
• Ensure a high-quality client experience.
• Manage a high volume of cases from start to finish.

Requirements

• Licensed member of the North Carolina Bar, in good standing.
• Previous law firm and litigation experience preferred, but all levels considered.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• North Carolina Bar membership.
