Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in immigration removal defense, EOIR proceedings, or BIA appeals.
• Demonstrated courtroom or hearing experience in immigration removal court.
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Commitment to serving immigrant communities facing removal proceedings.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in good standing with a U.S. state bar.
