A law firm seeks a Mid-Level Renewable Energy Transactions Associate Attorney in Wichita, KS. This role offers the opportunity to join a sophisticated national practice, focusing on renewable energy projects, including development, commercial, financing, and transactional work.

Duties

• Collaborate with attorneys in the Renewable Energy group.
• Engage in project development and transactional practice areas.
• Negotiate, draft, and close complex commercial agreements.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in renewable or conventional energy transactions, or related fields.
• Strong writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Licensed to practice in or eligible for admission without examination in Kansas.

Education

• Excellent academic credentials required.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Kansas or eligible for admission without examination.

Skills

• Experience with tax credit matters, including ITCs or PTCs, is a plus.
• Proficiency in negotiating and drafting complex agreements.
