Englewood Cliffs office of our client seeks junior attorney with 3+ years of experience in both commercial litigation and transactional work. The candidate will manage discovery and deposition preparation, and be comfortable making court appearances. Will draft and review various contractual agreements, and have some experience with commercial lease review and drafting, along with commercial purchase agreements. Should be experienced in drafting pleadings and motions. Must be admitted to practice in both the state and federal courts of New York and New Jersey. Should be familiar with NJ Rules of Court, NY State Rules and Federal Rules of Practice.

The candidate must be a team player and have the ability to work creatively and with initiative.

The goal of this law firm is to serve their business clients' transaction and litigation needs. Their areas of practice include intellectual property, commercial real estate, and business law. Their offices are located in New York and New Jersey.
