Duties

  • Manage a high-volume and sophisticated docket.

  • Conduct depositions and engage in pre-trial motion practice.

Requirements

  • Minimum of six years of experience in insurance litigation.
  • Experience with bad faith claims and large-loss property matters preferred.
  • Bar admission in California is required.
