A law firm seeks a Corporate Associate to join its corporate and transactional practice in Stamford, CT. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid model, with flexibility to work remotely two days per week.

Duties

• Engage in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, and financing transactions.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents.
• Conduct and manage due diligence investigations.
• Collaborate with team members on complex transactions.

Requirements

• Four to eight years of general corporate and transactional experience in a law firm setting.
• Proven ability to manage due diligence and complex transactions.
• Self-starter with strong teamwork capabilities.

Education

• Top academic credentials required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction preferred.

Skills

• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
