Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-to-senior level Corporate Associate for its Boston office. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in a sophisticated corporate law practice, focusing on startup, venture capital, and emerging company representation. Duties

  • Represent startups and emerging companies in corporate transactions.

Requirements
