Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-to-senior level Corporate Associate for its Boston office. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in a sophisticated corporate law practice, focusing on startup, venture capital, and emerging company representation. A background in technology and/or life sciences is essential.

Duties

  • Represent startups and emerging companies in corporate transactions.
  • Advise clients on venture capital financing and corporate governance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of corporate law experience.

  • Superior academic credentials.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bar admission in the jurisdiction or eligibility to sit/waive into the next bar exam.

Education
