Duties

• Handle cases involving 42 U.S.C. § 1983, Title VI, Title IX, Title VII, the ADEA, FMLA, ADA, and Texas Labor Code Chapter 21.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft legal documents.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Work efficiently on various legal matters.

Requirements

• Four to six years of litigation experience.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Broad knowledge of employment issues.
• Motivated self-starter with a solid academic record.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
