Duties

• Handle a variety of civil litigation cases related to ERISA and employee benefits.
• Engage in direct client interaction and manage significant responsibilities on complex legal matters.
• Participate in formal mentorship, training, and development programs.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in good standing in Georgia.
• Demonstrated outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Substantive knowledge of ERISA and related litigation.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Georgia.
